Mebyon Kernow – the Party for Cornwall would like to send its best wishes to Plaid Cymru on the 100th anniversary of their founding, on this day, in 1925. It is inspiring how Plaid has championed the best interests of Wales, its nationhood and culture, over the last 100 years.

As one of Plaid’s sister parties, we are especially grateful at how many leading members of Plaid have been to Cornwall in show of inter-Celtic solidarity and spoken at MK events.

We would also like to wish Plaid Cymru all the best for the  elections to Senedd Cymru in 2026, when Mebyon Kernow will be marking our own 75th anniversary.
