It is only two weeks to MK’s National Conference, when members and supporters will be gathering at Heartlands in Pool. It is an open event and people wishing to find out more about MK and its campaigns are welcome to attend.

The doors will open at 10.00, with refreshments from 10.30 onwards. The first session (11.00 – 12.45) will include the consideration of a range of motions, while in the second session (1.45 – 3.00) there will be a speech from Party Leader Cllr Dick Cole and the new policy document “Towards a Cornish Parliament” will be launched. The final session (3.30 – 4.00) will debate the so-called “County Deal” presently being negotiated by the unitary authority and central government.

The agenda for the Conference will be published at least a week in advance of the event.
