Letters and a “devo” White Paper

The new Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner, who is also the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, has been writing to local councils about the possibility of devolution. A Plaid Cymru MP has today tabled an Early Day Motion in the House of Commons marking the 10th anniversary of the Cornish securing national minority status.
