Following the news that the ruling administration on Plymouth City Council has written to the UK Government suggesting that a “peninsula-wide [devolution] deal for Cornwall, Devon, Plymouth and Torbay” should be explored, Mebyon Kernow has re-iterated that the footprint for any devolved settlement must be Cornwall.
